Fluid contained by lungs?

What is the question? Are you wise saying there are cancer cell in the fluid surrounded by your lungs? I can't answer without some conditions.
It's called malignant pleural effusion and can be treated by draining the fluid within a process called thoracentesis. There are other treatments as in good health. I know someone struggling with this right very soon.
