My friend had this similar problem. Like on her upper arms. She go to the doctor for this cause it be just annoying her and he give her some cream to apply daily, they go away. I don't know the name of the cream because i wasn't paying much attention though, but im sure your doctor would know something that would work. goodluck
Try an exfoliater and a rough loofa
Best item i can recommend is exfoliate and moisturise on a regular basis within are some nice body polishes out there too that might backing.
you might be allergic to a soap you are using, you may need to apply lotion from dry skin, you may be allergic to a laundry detergent. Try varying these things and all of that. If none of them work hail as a dermatolagist and schedule an appointment. (always better safe and sound then sorry)
sounds similar to little ingrown hairs (i find them too) try a nice exfoliating scrub daily, and a correct moisturizing cream afterward.
