Hi, my friend have this happen to her and be unlucky enough for it to shift on to develop into cancer.
She underwent a course of chemotherapy and luckily it was cured, she go on to have 3 robust children, she has to administer a urine sample to be tested (not sure how often) but it's for the rest of her natural life, but she has be totally fine since.
