Has anyone quit smoking (or done anything else) using the SAY IT, THINK IT, FEEL IT method?
i smoked for thirty years ..at 49 I finally quit..how i did it? i read everything i could about what is contained by cigs and what it really physically does to your body...i really wanted to quit this time..i hold tried before and erstwhile..i set a date...and stopped...cold turkey.there are prescription meds you can attain from your doctor that work too..they cost a little..but seem to be to work..good luck..i hope you can call up kick the way.it's really bad ..

I hate to be so blunt but looking for different methods to quit smoking is another excuse to preserve smoking. If you truly want to stop and you are honest with yourself next get rid of the smokes presently and don't smoke . You can't Try" to stop. You have to in reality stop!
