Gout... Is it ok to stride?

I was only just diagnosed with gout, but i involve to go put money on to work
It hurts like hell, but if i can stand the discomfort is it ok to walk on?Gout... Is it ok to stride?
Yes it is fine to waddle on, try and use a sandal or loosen your shoe laces to allow for the swelling to do its item.
When ever you can keep your foot raise and keep past its sell-by date it.
If you are desk bound take your shoe sour and if possible use a shoulder bag of ice on it, or an rime pack.
Drink 2 litres of water a daytime, make sure you pocket your medicine.
If not on prescription then filch a tea spoon full of baking soda and a large cup of water first point in the morning. Get someone to walk and buy a celery extract with celery grease blend from a chemist or health store this will abet the swelling.
At night sleep near a pillow under your foot to give a hand the swelling. The biggest problem is driving a car as it is death-defying and painful.
I use a walking stick when the dull pain is bad, this will support dramatically.

You're not going to obtain any better being at work and anyone sick, you know?
You can walk if you can accept the pain. It can worsen after walking and some doctors push for against polonged standing and walking. Why not ask your doctor how she/he feels something like it?
Yes no problem to walk if you can, drink as much of liquid you can during the day it will sustain to ease the spasm. Remember no red meat and beer these two are killers for gout.
