IHas anyone ever hear of a relationship between anxiety and bitter reflux?
Hi.Anxiety can play havoc to all of our bodies working parts including adjectives types of stomach upsets ,palpitations ,clammy hands, ache and pains dizziness, dry mouth,.hyperventilation and other body symptoms .All these symptoms increase in severity bringing on a frenzy attack which is very frightening.Breathing into a weekly bag help as the lungs get more carbon dioxide which help the symptoms start to subside and the panic module gradually allowing the sufferer to obtain back to normal(for them)
There is a direct relationship. When you are notion anxious or under stress, the sour in your stomach increases. Because within is more acid, it have a tendency to reflux up through the esophagus, and into our throat and mouth, giving us a horrible savour. If untreated, it can cause esophageal burns/ulcers.
depending on the mode your body reacts to anxiety.
some ppl produce more gastric juice when anxious and i guess the bowels move more too, so the gastic juices travel up to your oesophagus. :)
Yes, I enjoy acid reflux, and it seem to act up when I'm stressed or like a cat on hot bricks
