Experiencing ear popping and ringing? what is it?

Lately I've been audible range a popping noise within my left ear. I also own ringing since i was 12, which wasn't a bother.
My ear also seem to have audible range less, cramp, itching and now i can't sleep! Sometimes i can hear my heartbeat/or blood flow surrounded by that ear!
Wierd thing: simply happens at darkness, and not after a loud noise. usually its undisturbed.?
Is it hereditary? My mom have vertigo starting at about the age of 35. I'm 33... i don't achieve dizzy spells.

Until you have a doctor look at it. To minister to you sleep turn a fan on at darkness. The white noise of the disciple will cancel out the ringing.
Can not diagnose over the internet, the best is to run see your doctor and ask. It could be many miscellany of things.
Do you smoke? If so change your brand. Dorchester and Sovereign are disgraceful for these symptoms.
U really need to be in motion see a dr ~ and have him evaluate ~sounds to me close to something is going on ~ and you need to see someone ~ Vertigo I believe can come and move about ~ I suggest you go ~
