Embarrassing problem...I enjoy this lump lower than the skin hard by the anal nouns. Help?

It's probably a hemorrhoid. If it's not a hemorrhoid, see a dermatologist right away, you never know.
GO TO A DOCTOR ! It sounds like a cyst. If it become infected it could make you intensely, very sick if you don't treat it right away.
