Glandular Fever?

Some say its the kissing flu, you are probable to get it sour kissing, its a fact, my mums a nurse. But i've not be kissing ANYONE!
Could i maybe enjoy got it from sticking my fingers down my throat to be sick the dark BEFORE i got it?Glandular Fever?
You can really get it short kissing anyone! It's highly contagious. But you can't receive if from you own fingers (unless you were holding hand with someone who have it just before).

What you have is Mono. An ebsteinbar Virus. And no you didn't obtain it by sticking your fingers down your throat the night earlier, Although I would say if i.e. a normal practice it might contribute to why your immune system may be compromise.. That said it take about two weeks after exposure to develop symptoms and can appropriate up to 6 weeks to feel better. Good luck.
To the other answerers: Glandular restlessness is the UK/Oz name for Mononeucleosis, same disease.
It is notably contagious so if you have be around someone who has it, simply breathing the air they're within will give it to you, especially if they cough or sneeze lacking covering their mouth.
Why did you stick your fingers down your throat?? Yes, if you touched something a sick person have touched/sneezed on, and put your fingers down your throat, that would do it.
But please don't force vomiting anymore, it's not going to help...
