Good food to stop heartburn? Milk make it worse!?

I have really unpromising heartburn lately, I cant seem to stop it, the bitter gets realy public notice in my throat too. What foods should I put away to counteract or what foods other than the in full view spicy, should I avoid? THanks!Good food to stop heartburn? Milk make it worse!?
The only legitimate thing to stop heartburn is baking soda. 1/2 tsp of baking soda to 4 fluid ounces of marine. Very cheap and it does work. I get it physical bad and own tried foods (which none worked) and tums and all the other stuff out in that and the baking soda was the single thing that works. I completed up with bitter reflux which is worse than heartburn and I have be put on protonix and now I only just ever get heartburn. Make sure it's simply heartburn you have because sharp reflux eats away at your esophagus and specifically serious. Please try the baking soda because I know how you feel and it does work near in minutes. A scientist be the person who permit me know this and I am glad i listened to him.
Eat a spoonful or mustard. It help me when I was pregnant and heartburn everyday. Ice also help.
Oatmeal.
Try a digestive enzyme supplement. Aloe Vera juice is polite too, very soothing and help to balance stomach bitter. Heartburn is not too much acid, it's in actuality a lack of it. You can also try Betaine Hydrochloride, it comes surrounded by capsule form, or you can obtain it in a blend of other digestive enzymes. Hope this help.
