Excessive glucose surrounded by the blood would put the blood into a hyperosmolar state. This would cause the blood to verbs water contained by from the tissues (causing dehydration). This excess water would after be filtered through the kidneys and excreted as urine.
Hyperosmolar hyperglycemia is a life-threatening condition cause many problems. Without direct treatment the prognosis is poor.
Urine is made up of metabolic waste excreted from the blood. If glucose is injected into the capillary, the amount of metabolic waste excreted from the blood will also increase cause the the urine volume to increase.
