Prevention is better. Never scratch your acne, as scratch is the main source of acne scare.
Drink lot of lemon sea everyday.
Reduce oily and sager diet. Avoid tea, coffee eggs, fish, meat, sweets, brackish.
Eat more fruit and raw vegetables specially green leafy vegetables which are flawless source of iron.
Take mild laxative to avoid constipation.
Wash face next to lukewarm water and soap 3-4 times a daylight.
I'm not aware of any OTC treatments available to treat acne scars . I know dermatogists enjoy some treatment options available that work okay , but of course they are costly . Best of luck :)
