It could be pneumonia or an infection that have gotten into your blood (septicemia) and is wreaking havoc throughout your body. Don't leave the ER lacking them doing a complete work-up on you. That's ridiculous that they found nothing wrong next to you. I also think that once you've be diagnosed and treated by another hospital, you should report the first one to the state agency that over-sees hospitals in your state.
